We were sad to hear of the passing of Albert Jones, he was 103 years of age and he was a true gentleman, one of the few remaining World War 2 heroes. He was laid to rest on the 8th May and thanks to his family, we were able to give him a fitting send off.

We arranged for a bugler to play the last post, standard bearers, a guard of honour formed by veterans to line the driveway and a drummer. He will be missed greatly.

Stand down soldier, your duty is done, may you rest in peace.
